Rumble has already proven its market fit. Rumble appeals to companies of all shapes and sizes; we have customers that range from museums to Fortune 5 technology companies. We serve the low-end of the market through eCommerce and the mid-market and enterprise segment through inside sales.
Rumble is looking for an experienced sales leader familiar with early stage startups and a history of scaling up sales organizations. The ideal candidate will have a history of leading successful companies from early stage revenue generation and creating building blocks for their companies to grow revenue, headcount, and meet ambitious targets in the years to come.
Planning and building the Rumble sales organization to support hyper-growth
Building a model and systems for outbound sales campaigns that contributes 50% to the total leads
Design a collaborative sales culture and incentive structure to keep regrettable turnover below 5%
Building the supporting functions within the sales team so our reps have the best chance to succeed
Ramping new hires within 2 months to be self-sufficient through structured enablement and 1-on-1 coaching
