Rumble is looking for a director of sales engineering who is looking to grow a sales engineering team at a startup. You’ll be representing a company with industry-leading network discovery technology that resonates with many sizes and industries and is easy to deploy. You will be our first sales engineering hire, so we’re looking for a player coach who is comfortable both running demos and managing individuals.
Hire and build a sales engineering team to support our growing organization
Support our growing sales team achieve its revenue targets by getting to the technical win through discovery, demos, and technical expertise
Create an enablement track for new sales engineers to be self-sufficient within their first 2 months
Expand our demo environment to simplify showing Rumble integrations and documenting the standard demo path
